MAP, EFIE.... Does adding a VOLO chip help me after this?

I have a Map Enhancer and an EFIE for my HHO generator set up. I read that with both you get a small gain over the VOLO chip. but I was just wondering if a VOLO chip would still increase my MGP's if I include it with the the Map Enhancer and EFIE. Or does the Map Enhancer and EFIE already take the job of the VOLO chip and there would be no need for me buying one. I would greatly appreciate a response. Thanks
