You say it will not freeze until -64F. What keeps it from freezing?

Our Revolution hydrogen generator doesn't freeze because of its design. It is so efficient that it can handle the Catalyst - Potassium Hydroxide needed to keep it from freezing. Won't start to freeze until -54 Degrees F.
