max amprage from altanator

what is the maximum amperage you can or should use from your alternator and battery? for instance if you have a 100 amp alternator. what would be ideal I have use hho for mopeds with only 7 amps to motor home with 25 amps. also what be feel in the maximum lpm per cubic inch or liter motor I know you can use too much hho gas injection.
