How do I avoid heat as Hydrogen's combustion will promote an extensive amount of heat the engine / alternator / gaskets may not be able to handle.

Jason - If you read the information about hydrogen added to the fuel system via the air intake,you would understand that the temperature of your engine actually LOWERS - not increases! Your car or truck will NEVER boil!

HHO AND HEAT

First things first , the engine does not overheat, When running hho the opperating temperature of your engine will run substantialy lower. There for the life of your engine will three fold. I hope this answerd your question. thanks terry.

I don't know what's youe engine size but if you need 2-2.5LPM there is no issue of Heat as for this HHO generator will draw approx-15-16amp but in case you need more output and HHO draws >20 amp.Use PWM.
