Efie and a map or maf; and HHO Chip

Greetings. I have read all the questions..and responses to educate myself...not that savvy and have a great mechanic who has installed hydrogen generators...

the question...in the beginning you mentioned you wouldn't want to use both Efie and Map or Mafand a HHO Chip then you responded to a guy with a volvo..that he could use both the Volvo Chip and the Efie/map/Maf...

what am I missing?
