Auto tuner on an aftermarket fuel injection programmer

Will a fuel injection system with an auto tune module using wide band O2 sensors adjust for an hydrogen on demand system? I understand that it may be brand specific. My application would be in reference for a Harley Davidson with a Thundermax programmer with an auto tune module. If the programmer wouldn't compensate for the hydrogen being added, what would need to be done to adjust for this? Also due to the motor being air cooled, would the hydrogen burn hotter than regular fuel and possibly cause heat issues? My final question is is there any efficiency advantages to cooling the water/catalyst mixture as it would be mounted in an exposed atmosphere. Any help with one or all of the several questions I've covered would be much appreciated. Thank you for your time.
