Do I need to adjust air/fuel adjustment knobs outside the carburator to make the requisite mixture?

If, as you indicate, your vehicle uses a carburetor, then you should not touch your air/fuel mixture. Simply use about 1/8 to 1/4 LPM per liter of engine capacity, which you will control by the amount of either NaOH or KOH catalyst you put into the distilled water that you electrolyze.

I have no idea what size of vehicle or motor you have, but I think you should (if it is properly tuned and serviced) get from 20% to as much as 35% and possibly more, but do NO get too excited about more! Some people have claimed they have greater savingsā€¦ perhaps you might!

Good luck.
