Adjustment of ECU Unit

I am working on HHO project from last 3-4 months,till now we have done many tests on my MITSUBISHI-PAJERO (2.8L-Mfg. year-2006)with 16 plates,dry cell (304-stainless steel plates)-3" X 3"X 0.8

All the tests were not able to increase the mileage,after reading many articles I understand the with HHO-Dry cell installation we have to adjust the ECU ,please send the details for the same. Thanks in advance.,regards,Deepak Dudeja
