Will my single wire oxygen sensor work with an EFIE?

I have a single wire oxygen sensor in my car, will this still work with your EFIE (or any EFIE) if they have 4 to 7 ports?
if so how and what sort of system is best for this kind of wiring?

I can look up which EFIE you need exactly.

So, yes you should be able to use an EFIE.
