Passenger Car Kit

do the kits, s-7 and t-12, contain the pwm or is it sold separate? i am sure its on your site somewhere, but i could not find a complete list of contents per kit.

also will the fs2 HHO chip be the simple solution to excess oxygen levels in the exhaust for the s-7 kit. i did read the article but thought
it might require two solutions
