hho production?

I have a 2007 2.2 L CHEV HHR how many L of HHO do I need to produce for the most MPG is it one half a L for every L of engine displacement one other thing I did to this HHR is I cheater the MAP sensor by splicing the left side wire of the three wires of the MAP then hooking up a 25 OEM POT with a 34 k resister. Now I can lower the voltage as little or as much which will cause less fuel to the engine.
