hho installed on a diesel 3 tonnes Nisasan Truck

hi ...i am having hard time to get my projected mileage gain on my diesel truck 3 tonnes Nissan UD 4.6 Liter engine. we install a hho generator with PWM controlling the current at 18 Amps with a 24 Volt battery supply ..we are getting 1.78 LPM measured on the air intake side after the bubbler the result are
5 Km/L without HHO gas
4.2 Km/L with hho gas

we checked every thing .the hho is producing gas and the gas is supplied to the air intake without leak but still the problem really i need help cause is spend 6 months to get to this point and i feel depressed
