i have a 1995 chevy g20 van 5.7 liter engine 2 316 9 plate cells 2 oxegen extenders installed 1 map sensor enhancer with city an highway fuctions 1 70amp digital ogo pwm. 2 table spoons of drain opener castic powder mixed with distilled water engine properly tuned etc it blows fuses everytime so i hand made a strong fuse i runn all this an i dont get any increases what am i doing wrong?

Hi:

You have a 5.7 liter engine! It only needs a small amount of hydrogen to cause your fuel to burn efficiently! You should not have more than about 2 liters per minute (LPM) for your needs. That should equate to about 25 AMP draw from your battery! It sounds very much as though you are trying to produce far too much HHO LPM!

Check your power draw and keep it below 25amps. This will cause a much cooler electrolyte and a better production quality of HHO. Don't forget that HHO is only 66% hydrogen - the rest is oxygen that you don't really need! So… 2LPM HHO is 1.3LPM Hydrogen. That is MORE than enough to catalyze the efficient burning or combustibility of your fuel!

HHO is NOT a fuel! It is a fuel combustibility agent! You don't need much.

If you do not have LAMBDAS (oxygen sensors) then you do not need a MAP/MAF device or an EFIE device.

It sounds like your Amps are to high and you are creating a Vaporlock.Try using Pure KOH (Potassium Hydroxide)Check your Amps and try and keep them at 15 amps.Good Luck! Charles
