hho chip working

I ordered a FS2 chip programmed for my 05 dodge caravan 3.8 litre v6, i have a HHO kit producing 2.5-3 lpm. Just installed brand new last week on the 1st of June. I connected the chip to the obdII port . Got all connected, didnt notice any difference in mileage yet.

Rechecked my connections, all looks good. I purchased a kiwi scan guage and connected that also, plugged into obdII port. What kind of gain should I expect to see, or do I need a break-in period for the plates on the HHO kit? MPG is jumping around quite a bit.?
