ijlal - With my hho generator there is problem of heat how can I solve it my wire becomes very hot what is a solution.

Overheating is often caused by:

1 Too much power being drawn for the generator size,
2 Too much KOH or NaOH in the distilled water causing heat
3 Incorrectly manufactured HHO Generator
4 SHort Circuit in your electrical system.

Having said that, I would check to look at the AMOUNT of catalyst (NaOH or KOH) you are using in your generator.

Your engine capacity is not mentioned, but it has become known that each liter of engine capacity needs ONLY about 1/8 LPM HHO gas–providing that the gas is high quality.

Therefore, if you have a 2.0-liter engine, you only need about 1/4LPM (liter-per-minute) HHO gas. Do not forget that if you have a letter model vehicle and it uses an onboard fuel computer, you are likely to need an EFIE or MAP/MAF device to further enhance your savings.

I hope this helps.
