Efficiency Factors?

by Dave

I am an older guy that has been reading a lot on the subject of hydrogen generation and was curious about the efficiency of any gas generation system as compared to the amount of gas versus the required amount of electrical power.

In short, is it a fair trade off? Lets say BTU per unit of electrical power? I am mostly curious about home heating units and am wondering if it would be worth the money or effort?
Would a hydrogen unit be better than an electric furnace?
Thank you in advance for your time. Dave

Hi Dave,

Thanks for your question. We don't have experience with home heating. Only combustible engines.

I think it is an interesting subject however.
Good luck with your research.
