Our pre assembled kit is makes it a painless install. When you receive your hydrogen generator kit shortly after your pre-package, all you have to do is hook it up in 3 places. And, you will love our quick disconnects.

Hydrogen Generator Diesel Kit Main Components

Housing for these hydrogen generators are very resilient, made of Starboard marine material that is ¾ inches thick. The D-12 hydrogen generator diesel kit can withstand harsh environments, and is very robust.

All steel is marine grade, 16 gauge 316 stainless steel. Plates are 12" x 12" and a thick 16 gauge. This diesel fuel saver is built to last for years, you will not experience corrosion on these plates. All of our hydrogen conversion generators are backed with a 2 year limited warranty.

Designed to run from 4 liters per minute, up to 10 liters per minute. This is a much better quality of HHO gas as it provides improvement in combustion efficiency.

Most generators on the market are only producing a small percentage of ortho hydrogen. This hydrogen generator will produce over 70% of ortho hydrogen. This means a higher percentage of fuel savings compared to a lot of other systems on the market.

The D-12 hydrogen generator for semi trucks or commercial fishing boats produces quality "ortho" hydrogen HHO gas while only drawing 22 amps.

The PWM with Multi-Function LCD Controller

With the LCD Controller mounted inside your vehicle's compartment you will be able to to turn your HHO system on and off at the flip of a switch. You will also be able to continuos monitor your amperage, volts and duty cycle. You choose your current or duty cycle. This PWM can detect when the engine is not running and will shut itself down, this is an important safety feature.

A constant current pulse width modulator. It will not go over the maximum current the driver selects to run his HHO System. When the current tries to go above the maximum current value, the duty cycle automatically reduces to maintain the current at its set maximum value. This puts a stop to current run away that has been a major downfall with other HHO systems and PWMs.

Reservoir Tank

2.5 gallon reservoir tank is stout and made of durable polyethylene, with a seamless design and quality air-tight caps with seals.

Your hydrogen electolyte reservoir will also be equiped with a liquid float sensor to let you know from the cab of your vehicle via a LED light when to add more distilled water.

You will not need to add more catalyst (potassium hydroxide or sodium hydroxide) when replinishing the reservoir. The LED will be on your LCD controller.

HHO Dyers

2 large dryer provides flashback protection and captures any contaminates from entering your engine.

Filters are easily washable with tap water.

Frezing Temperature Catalyst Guide

Depending on the climate you will be driving in, the D-12 Generator System is made to run with Sodium hydroxide or Potassium Hydroxide.

• If you will be driving where it will not get below 20 degrees Fahrenheit (or minus 6 Celsius) - The mixture should be 18% Sodium Hydroxide.
• For temperatures minus 30 degrees Fahrenheit (or minus 34 Celsius) and WARMER use 28% Sodium Hydroxide.
• For temperatures minus 30 degrees Fahrenheit or (or minus 34 Celsius) use 28% Potassium Hydroxide.

Below is chart to show how much you can save with our hydrogen generators.

The chart is based on getting 6 mpg (before HHO) and driving an average of 2,400 miles a week with the cost of fuel at $3.00 a gallon.

Even at a modest percentage of 30% mpg increase, which means you went from 6 mpg to 7.8 mpg, your annual savings would be $14,404.

2400 (miles driven in a week) divided by 7.8 mpg = 307.69 (gallons of fuel) X $3.00 a gallon = $923 So $1200 (cost of fuel at 6 mpg) minus $923 = $277 (Savings)

Every week saving $277. This equates to a yearly saving on fuel costs of $14,404 (277 x 52 weeks)
