How toxic is the KOH to mix and how much is consumed per 100 gallons of fuel. Basically how much fussing do you have to do and how frequently?

You are only mixing the KOH and distilled water initially and then refilling the reservoir tank with distilled water when it needs it.

So for example on a passenger vehicle, that would probably be about every 3 tank fills.

Depending on how much you drive, you should put a fresh batch of KOH and distilled water in every year. Truckers may need to change out the solution more frequently.

You have to be careful mixing the KOH, it is a lot like Drano.
