I've been looking into these type of generators for a few months now and the application for these seem to be for fuel injected style fuel systems.

I have a 1991 GMC Crew cab dually 4x4 with a 454 ci carburetor, no electronics, oxygen, map or maf sensors, will this work for what I have?

Hello,
Yes, definitely with your carburetor engine. Because you don't have to address a computer on your vehicle you should see better gains with a hydrogen generator installed on your GMC.
